Victoria de los Angeles left us a wealth of unforgettable interpretations recorded over the course of her long and distinguished career. Selecting a few songs to remember her by is an almost impossible task. However, the compilation in this CD is an excellent selection of songs in which she is accompanied by different orchestras and soloists. This allows us to keep the memory of Victoria alive and to achieve a continuation of the work she realized using Music (with a capital M) as an element of unification and solidarity. In this case this CD furthers noble causes like the Pasqual Maragall Foundation´s for the Research on Alzheimer´s disease
