Barcelona Crea Grant Call for Performing Arts Projects
The LIFE Victoria Festival brought its 2025–26 season, Combat del somni (Battle of the Dream), to a close with a recital of great dramatic intensity featuring two leading figures in the world of Lied: baritone Simon Keenlyside and pianist Malcolm Martineau. The closing recital took place yesterday, Tuesday, 26 May, at the Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site and was dedicated to the memory of Felicity Lott, the grande dame of singing, who passed away last week.
The agreement will initially remain in force for several years and envisages the launch of the first joint initiatives before the end of the year, with particular emphasis on educational programmes and the international promotion of young artists.
